Unlike many real estate technology companies, we are on a mission to form deeply integrated partnerships with real estate agents.

That mission led us to launch the homebldr Agent Partner Network: a free program designed to help agents generate more investor transactions in less time while earning supplemental income.

How it works:

  • Once accepted into the homebldr Agent Partner Network, agents can submit their investor clients’ buy-boxes using this link.

  • We identify every active listing that meets that buy-box and analyze each property for value-add and rental potential.

  • Agents can use this dataset to determine which properties to present to their investor clients and spend time pursuing as well as which properties to not waste their time on.

  • Agents’ investor clients can use homebldr for performing due diligence, accessing competitive hard-money financing (see below for our terms), and connecting with high-quality general contractors.

  • As the investor clients use homebldr for due diligence, financing, and contractors, we share revenue with the agent ($25 to $2500+ per investor).

  • When plugged into the homebldr platform, investor clients have everything they need to make investment decisions, leading to more transactions in less time.
